       As a member of WCGC, you are subject to pay annual fees. In order to guarantee your rights and interests, the members listed below are urged to please contact the club and pay the balance of outstanding annual fees before Oct 22nd, 2010. 
       If a member does not pay on time, the club will suspend all membership rights until the annual dues are paid according to Rule 5 of membership regulations.
